We are a gluten-free, nut-free bakery that also takes special orders for egg/dairy-free items.
We are a gluten-free, nut-free facility that bakes fresh, delicious gluten-free products! We have a variety of wonderful products available for those with a gluten intolerance. We are also able to make a number of our items egg-free and dairy-free by special order.

How long have you been in business?
The bakery has been in operation since October of 2005. I purchased the bakery in July of 2008.
What is your primary product or service?
We bake and sell gluten-free breads, rolls, cookies, brownies, cupcakes, cakes, pies, pizza crust, frozen pizzas, and many other specialty items for those who maintain a gluten-free diet.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
My son has celiac disease, an intolerance to gluten which is found in wheat, rye, and barley. When I discovered the bakery, we became weekly customers. When the previous owner decided to sell the bakery, I decided to buy it. I have baked all my life and I was very familiar with the gluten-free diet, so it was a perfect fit for me.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are the only area gluten-free bakery, and one of the few gluten-free bakeries that operates from an entirely gluten-free facility. There is also a gluten-free grocery store located in the building with us, making it very convenient for our customers.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location, and we have no plans for an additional location at this time.

From the East: Take I94 West to Hwy. 16. Take exit #184, which is KE/Jungbluth Rd. Turn right, then turn right again immediately onto JK. We are the second driveway on the left. From the West: Take I94 East to Hwy. 83. Turn left and proceed to Hwy. 16. Right onto 16, exit at #184, KE/Jungbluth Rd. Left onto KE/Jungbluth Rd., then take the first right onto JK. We're the second driveway on the left.
What type of payments do you accept?
Cash, Check, Mastercard, Visa, Discover
Which areas do you service?
Too many to name! People come from all around to purchase our bakery. Most of our customers are from Milwaukee and Waukesha County, but people come from Appleton, Green Bay, Illinois, Michigan, and many other areas of Wisconsin, as well as Illinois, Indiana, and Iowa. We have visitors from as far away as Brazil and Italy.
