Dr. Gamay developed the first fat free cheese and decided to make dairy flavors and ingredients to go into process and imitation cheese products.

How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have our manufacturing facility in New Berlin, Wisconsin and we have our Technical Center in Alexandria,VA.
