How long have you been in business?
DUECO was founded in 1955 and we are celebrating our 60th anniversary in 2015.
What is your primary product or service?
We service utility customers, municipalities, tree care organizations, railroads and others with Terex bucket trucks, digger derricks and cranes and other related equipment and services. In 2014 we began offering a wide array of tools and accessories for the trucks so DUECO is a one stop shop for our customers.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Pete Dalum, the founder, began the business in his basement and thought the utility companies would be good partners for building his business.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
DUECO puts the customer first and will customize trucks to their specific needs. We have strong relationships and a senior leadership team that engages directly with the customer and always stands behind their word. We are the only women owned business selling and servicing customers in our marketplace.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
DUECO has six locations presently, including two manufacturing locations and six service centers. We explore expansion to meet customer needs. We recently expanded to support customers in Wyoming and Montana and will assure we meet their needs.

We are located on the corner of Bluemound Road and EastMound in Waukesha, about a mile west of Goerke's Corners and a half mile west of the Sam's Club on Bluemound Road.

We work with our customers on appropriate alternatives. We offering financing through Terex Utilities.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Judie Taylor, President and CEO and Marikris Coryell, COO and Executive VP lead our organization, providing both vision and day to day leadership.
